1. Definitions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jili plus. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to access or use the jili plus Platform and must immediately cease all use thereof.

Your continued use of the jili plus Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any updates or changes.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the jili plus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jili plus or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously had a jili plus Account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3.2 Registration Process

To create a jili plus Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You agree to provide only accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

jili plus reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jili plus Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. jili plus reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery of a violation of this policy.

3.4 Account Verification

jili plus may require you to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Verification may require submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, such as a driver's license, SSS card, PhilSys national ID, or passport. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by jili plus may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili plus Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify jili plus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. jili plus shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

jili plus will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from jili plus that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent that such activity results from jili plus's own negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jili plus accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based users: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and other payment channels as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jili plus is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your Account verification status. jili plus reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jili plus Wallet within minutes of a successful transaction. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. jili plus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Prohibited Deposits

You must not deposit funds that originate from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, or money laundering. jili plus reserves the right to freeze and report any Account suspected of receiving or transmitting funds derived from illegal activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your jili plus Account, you must have completed the KYC verification process to jili plus's satisfaction. Withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts will be held pending completion of verification.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible. jili plus supports withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name are strictly prohibited.

6.3 Processing Times

jili plus aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timeframes are targets only and are not guaranteed.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. jili plus reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

6.5 Withholding of Withdrawals

jili plus reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal request where: (a) the Account has not been fully verified; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms & Conditions; (c) the withdrawal relates to funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement; or (d) jili plus is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jili plus are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the jili plus Promotions page and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jili plus reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

jili plus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a User's Account prior to the effective date of the change, except where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Game Availability

The games available on the jili plus Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers. jili plus makes no warranty that any particular game will be available at all times. Games may be suspended, modified, or removed from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Random Number Generation

All electronic games on the jili plus Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of results. jili plus does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

8.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, jili plus reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the User's Wallet. Winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction or software error are not valid and will not be paid out. jili plus's decision in such matters is final.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

jili plus is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the User's end during a game session. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the Platform will attempt to complete the round based on the last recorded game state. Users are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili plus Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili plus staff, support agents, or other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your Account or Account credits to any third party.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jili plus Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of jili plus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jili plus Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any jili plus trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of jili plus intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili plus, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jili plus Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jili plus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili plus Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jili plus does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

jili plus is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its users. 13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by jili plus

jili plus reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) we suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order; (c) we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) your Account is subject to a dispute or investigation.

13.2 Closure by jili plus

jili plus reserves the right to permanently close your Account where a serious or repeated violation of these Terms & Conditions is established. Upon closure for cause, jili plus may forfeit any remaining Account balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your jili plus Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jili plus's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
